Refund Policy for SageInnovatives Printer Help and Maintenance Services
At SageInnovatives, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our printer help and maintenance services and strive to meet your needs with reliability and efficiency. If, however, our services do not meet your expectations, we offer the following refund options:
- Full Refund within 15 Days: If you’re unsatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. This applies to all service plans and ensures a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
- 50% Refund after 3 Months: For cancellations made after 3 months, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total amount. This partial refund applies to customers who decide to cancel their service plan beyond the 15-day period but within the 3-month mark.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with your service plan details. We will process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
Note:
- Refunds apply only to initial service charges.
- Any additional repairs or services outside of the original service plan are non-refundable.
